Shipping Information

As our camera straps are carefully made to order, we'll need a couple of days to put your straps together. We won't let anything leave our workshop that we aren't completely happy with. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 working days. If your order is subject to any delays, we'll get in touch with you straight away with the details.

You'll receive dispatch confirmation as soon as your order has left our workshop, along with the tracking details, and updates along its journey.

Bespoke items may take a little longer to process. As we'll be in touch with you through every step of the process, we'll be sure to let you know of how long things will take.

UK Orders

UK shipping is free for all orders. â€‹Orders going to a UK address are sent using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. You can choose to upgrade your order for £6.00 to Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for next day delivery, but please remember we need to make your order first before sending it - we'll do this ASAP.

International Orders

We can post orders worldwide; we use Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. We'll send you the tracking info so you can see how it's getting on. Shipping cost will vary depending on your location; you'll get a shipping quote when you add your strap to the basket. For delivery to Europe please allow 3-5 days, for USA and Canada 5-7 days, and everywhere else, around 7-10 days. Customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind, or aren't completely satisfied by your camera strap, we'll gladly accept returns or exchanges. Drop us an email to let us know whether you'd like a refund or to exchange your strap, so we can speed things along for you. We'll let you know when we receive your returned item. Returned items must be returned in as new condition, within 30 days. If the item is faulty, we'll refund your shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in the mail.

Unfortunately we can accept returns on customised or bespoke pieces. However, if you have any issues or queries regarding your piece, please get in touch and we'll be glad to help.
